* Please read the Recruitment section thoroughly and give it some thought.

We would like to see the following things in your application:

- Character name & class(in title)
- Level
- AA level
- RL age
- Gear level (doesn't need to be too detailed, for example RoK legendary would suffice as description)
- Spell / ability level (Doesn't need to be too detailed, 50% ad3 would suffice as a description)
- Do you have your fabled/mythical epic weapon?
- What is your experience in game?
- What guilds have you been in before?
- Why have you left your last guild?
- Why would you like to join synergy?

You don't need to follow this list and make your application a list of bulletpoints, we would just like you to touch these subjects within your application.

What happens now?

Now that you have applied to Synergy, you wonder what will happen next. Well the application process usually works in the following manner:

If you are applying with a class that we have open recruitment for one of the officers often contacts you within one or two days after your application to inform you if you are accepted. If you apply with a class we do not have opened recruitment for, it can take a few more days, since we (the officers) have to discuss it first, and are a bit of a slacky bunch.

If your application is accepted, you will be invited to the guild, and your trial will begin. This trial period usually lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, but can be extended if circumstances require so. If your application is declined, you will be informed of this, and can ask an officer of Synergy if you want to know why.
