With a heavy heart i finally sit down to formalize what in practice is allready a reality. Ikikik is a now a puppet without strings.
I'd like to think that his ghost roams the many fields and dungeons he has travelled with all of his friends, that his house collects dust and that the guild hall echoes some of his pranks and songs. Since this is all possible in a digital world i believe it to be so. He spend most of his days within this guild and they were the happiest he has ever been. He enjoyed the comradery of all of you past and present. And when he felt tired it was Synergy itself that kept his strings moving more than the rules of the world he lived in. And so its fitting that he doesnt outlast his home. So adieu to all you cool, crazy loyal adventurers. Nortar, Sawa, Mazahs, Zanda, Mirthe, Dazl, Tylan, Palm, Ratticus, Ailees, Feydakeen, Sploit, Grimmus, Grotesque, Laromir, Kelpie, Wullailhuit, Benji, Snez, Creub, Zlorf, Laur, Gnav, Zaint , Mirthe , Bluma, Triple, Lilly, Brighid, Mirva, Sundew, Zemial, Paaz, Emi and all those past and present digital friends i cant immediately put names to. What a nice write-up
 I will make it my mission to leave behind some pieces of cheese around Norrath so that your ghost will never go hungry, I wont even put them in teh usual mouse traps this time... Poor Ikkie, all alone in the big bad Norrathian world.
Maybe him and Benj will go on some crazy adventures. We will probably never know. Keep in touch Bart . Always been a pleasure being in the same guild as you. Had a great time in Amsterdam too when we met. Hope you and your man are very happy and stay that way. We'll probably meet somewhere again in a game, if I ever find the time again to play one  . If not, we'll just have to go for another beer  .Ciao! |

Thanks for the kind replies. I wont roll of the face of the earth so hopefully i will catch up with any or all of you in some upcoming game. I will keep checking EQ2 and the next generation EQ, even if it is just for nostalgia:) Who knows i may even pop onto Norrath to say hello, i still have time on my subscription.
Cant believe i forgot to put the Q into the list of names i wrote down in the original post , sorry bout that Quoris. And yes, i am also looking forward to Diablo3. Been playing Portal 2 , Witcher 2 and now finally Oblivion and have a stack of games i never came round to playing waiting:) If any of you know a nice upcoming online game where i may find a few of you let me know:) Ikikik | |

Your words are so touching and nice, Ik. Reading post like this makes me feel so lucky i had the opportunity to meet people so special and also i m proud i ve been part of this unique community, which s so close to a family to me.
