I know that some people already joined some guilds, some are going to play on PvP servers, others on PvE, some prefer Republic, some prefer Empires.
So here's a llist of servers where we will be able to meet old friends on one side or another. If you already know on what server you're going to play, please post it here. 1. Ok, got into early access programm.
Servers that currently available are: EU-PVE Luka Sene Hidden Beks Hydian Way Frostclaw The Red Eclipse Nightmare Lands EU-PVP The Ravager Tomb of Freedom Nadd Bloodworthy Legions of Lettow As no one has posted a chosen server yet, I'm going to make my first character on Frostclaw EU-PVE the only reason is it's a short distinctive name and sounds similar to Splitpaw.  |

Udik and McAllan will join in SWTOR as soon as possible. Thinking of making a duo of heavy armor tank and healer.. And PVP.. For starters atleast

Hello Udik.
There are BGs and a PvP planets on PvE servers, and open world pvp on PvP servers.
Also, as far as I know, Fermata/Reveline and Zanda joined PvP guilds for different sides.
Hope they will post their servers soon.
Guess we need to make a character list too.
I started for Empire (Nortar - bounty hunter and Atrox - sith warrior), but will make a Republic character too if needed.

I had the opportunity to try SWTOR on a testing weekend and made Udik, marauder.. Fun class really.. Cannot remember what server though, and it might be wiped on release too?
But I will probably make a new toon anyway.. There are some really exciting classes to choose from. | |

Me and Fermata play on the PvP server Legions of Lettow, imperial side.
Bioware put us on the same server as RusCorp (the ravager) so we moved We are in the guild http://exiles-tor.com I also have friends that I've played EQ2, Vanguard and Darkfall with on Frostclaw they guild name is Dogma |

Last night logged on to Frostclaw server and played a bit. Have a Republic character, Jedi Knight, Sawaikee.
I'm not fixed on playing on Republic side and I am sure I will play an Empire character too to see how that looks. Perhaps if enough of us are playing at some point we can form a guild but I guess for now we make it casual. Hope to see you in SWtor! |

There's some bug (feature?) at the moment - you can't add a character to the friend list, if that character is not online - it gives "character does not exist" message.
So I added a list of currently known servers, sides and character to the first post in this thread. :) |

there is an option for paypal but i cant use it for some reason
as i read through fourm there are some countries you can not buy the game even if i use proxy EA rules |

I am gonna hold off on playing Swotr for a bit. The classes and gamemechanics didnt immediately grab my enthousiasm. And i am not sure if i was just having fun playing with you guys and not really with the game itself.
I may jump in at a later point but right now i will first finish some other games i still have , Skyrim/Assassins Creed/Heroes. Love from a picky Ikikik | |

 So a full raid of Immortals drive around Tatooine and ganks small groups of 1-3 imperials? Group of 4 imperials is called a "fooken loads", and the culmination is a batte with 7 (seven!!!) imps where part of immortal raid dies. /Wounded imperial pride mode OFF Such zerg can sure look fun, but it's not nearly as skill and coordination demanding as warzones and PvE raids. PS: Once I got 10 medals in a warzone as a level 18 bounty hunter.  |

Open world pvp is where the major fun is for me
This was us reacting to siths ganking our questers in tat btw. They asked for help in /g and everyone dropped what he was doing and we went. One for all, all for one. Not many of us were 30+ back then and they finally needed a lot of 50's to beat us  Great fun, good times But I agree, beating big zergs with a small perfectly cooperating guerilla roaming force is the best fun We face a 3 sith vs 1 republic ratio so I'm pretty sure which side will have the zerg anyway! | |

PS: Once I got 10 medals in a warzone as a level 18 bounty hunter. That's nice hehe I tend to get loads of medals on my tank, but very few on my healer even when I usually end up as first in healing, they need to do something about that | |
