- Recruitment is Open! -
Simply wanting to play and being active does not make someone a potentially good guild member - we have to make sure that we include people who have specific qualities that contribute to the synergy. We seek like-minded and mature people who get gratification out of doing more for the good of the guild than for the good of their self. Hence we're not going to recruit blindly...
Go out of your way introducing yourself to our members and group with them. If you're genuinely interested in joining in our endeavours then please make the effort to get to know us in advance; grouping prior to applying is highly preferred by all members of Synergy !
To be eligible for application, you must first meet the following requirements:
* Level 80 (lower need not apply) !
Synergy was originally an evil Freeport aligned guild with evil Freeport aligned members, but Qeynosians are now fully integrated into the guild. Since the majority of us are level 80 we believe it's best that recruits are within our level range to not miss out on all the fun. We also expect you to have a decent PC and connection.
Below you will find an overview of classes and their current demand:
- FIGHTERS Open to Bruisers!

- SCOUTS Open to Dirges!
- Be active! If you can't show enough activity, both online and offline, you're not going to make it into Synergy, period.
- Get to know the members! Get yourself involved, make things happen for the team! If the members of Synergy are having reservations about you, it's obvious something is amiss.
- Listen and learn! Be prepared for trial and error, be willing to fail and try again! A desire to learn from past mistakes and improve upon shared experiences is something we're definitely looking for.
- Don't be greedy! Asking questions about dropped items is fine - just understand that greed isn't an attractive trait. Keep items of value for others; another member who has use for it will appreciate such an effort (this includes items for crafting).
- Have a tough skin! If you can't deal with sarcasm, fooling around, offensive jokes, sexual references and/or profanity, then this is not the guild for you. We can be quite obnoxious to one another, hence you should be able to handle a joke at your own expense.
- Have fun! If you aren't having fun grouping or raiding with us, ask yourself why you're trying. We're a mature and serious bunch of players and try to have a good time while playing.

To begin your application, register an account on our website based on the ingame name of your main character and post an introduction about yourself, your MMORPG past and your motivation(s) for applying in the designated Applications forum.
After receiving your application, one of the Commanders or Officers will invite you into the guild as a Recruit in game and the Guild Leader will contact you by email to determine the authenticity of the application and to determine whether or not you're truly ready to serve the purpose of Synergy's existence.
All members of Synergy carry the responsibility to invite you to groups, raids and other events, throughout the maximum of three weeks lasting recruitment period in which you must prove yourself to be a worthy asset to our team:
